Proceeds from the Share Purchase Plan will support Livium's recycling - centric strategy. 

This includes projects to support recycling through projects to support battery volume growth, and progressing select recycling adjacencies.

Outside of core recycling activities, the SPP will be used to preserve or realise value from VSPC, and for general working capital purposes.
