ION: Collaboration with Livium - DES Tech Commercialisation

Iondrive Announcement:

Iondive (ASXC: ION) has signed a binding Term Sheet with Livium Limited to commercialize its DES technology in Australia. The collaboration allows Iondrive to leverage Livium’s national recycling network for a direct scale-up pathway across battery, solar, and e-waste markets.

Livium will provide waste streams for evaluation using Iondrive’s proprietary DES technology, aiming to recover >95% of metals from battery black mass in a sustainable, closed-loop process.
