Livium and MinRes have agreed on the distribution of funds from 50:50 JV Company, LieNA Pty Ltd. Livium's distribution totals A$173k, matching MinRes' distribution. 

Following this distribution, LieNA Pty Ltd is funded until at least June 2027. Following receipt of receipt of the FY25 R&D rebate, a further distribution is likely. 


Investors should note that LieNA Pty Ltd's cash is no longer part of Livium's consolidated reporting post-deconsolidation. The company now accounts for its 50% holding under the equity method. 

Livium and MinRes have agreed on the distribution of funds from LieNA Pty Ltd. Livium's share totals A$173k, matching MinRes' share. This distribution ensures funding for LieNA Pty Ltd until at least June 2027. Livium no longer includes LieNA's cash balances in its consolidated reporting, reflecting prudent capital management.
