Livium is pleased to announce our Half-year report for the period ended 31 December 2024. Key highlights include an increase in revenue to $3.8 million, driven by our recycling division. We achieved a Gross Profit of $2.3 million, showcasing our strategic focus on large-format lithium-ion batteries. Furthermore, losses before interest and tax decreased to $3.7 million, indicating positive growth trends. Our Battery Recycling division, Envirostream, saw record results with revenue of $3.8 million and a gross profit of $2.2 million. We are strategically positioned to access growing end-of-life battery volumes with new recycling agreements with global leaders in various industries. Additionally, our Lithium Chemicals division has made significant progress with a joint development agreement to commercialize our patented LieNA® technology.
