Following the successful placement of A$4.5 million from institutional and sophisticated investors, Livium has concluded a strategic funding agreement with Lind Global Fund II. 

The company will repay A$2.16 million owing to Lind, with Lind having the option to subscribe for one third of the repayment in shares. 

Livium (ASX: LIT) has concluded a strategic funding agreement with Lind Global Fund II, raising gross proceeds of A$4.5 million from institutional and sophisticated investors. The company will repay A$2.16 million to Lind, with Lind having the option to subscribe for one third of the repayment in shares. The repayment will be offset by subscription for advanced shares previously issued to Lind. An amended Appendix 3B has been released, reflecting the maximum number of shares proposed to be issued under the Lind Facility. Livium CEO Simon Linge acknowledges Lind's support in achieving significant milestones and obtaining funding, including an ARENA grant. Livium aims to lead the global transition to sustainable lithium production through its battery recycling business and patented extraction technology.
