Following an A$30 million grant from ARENA for the Australian LFP Demonstration Plant, Livium has successfully secured a A$4.5 million placement with commitments from new professional investors. 

The funds raised will be used for working capital, progressing the demonstration plant, increasing battery recycling, and repaying outstanding amounts to Lind. 

The options issuance of investor and lead manager options will be tabled for approval by shareholders at an anticipated general meeting in mid-April. 

Livium Ltd has successfully secured a A$4.5 million placement with commitments from new professional investors, following a A$30 million grant from ARENA for the Australian LFP Demonstration Plant. The placement shares will be issued at a premium and discount to VWAP. Settlement is expected by February 27, with allotment on February 28.
