Livium Ltd is pleased to announce a A$30 million grant from ARENA for the Australian LFP demonstration plant project. This joint effort with the Australian Government aims to advance battery technology and drive innovation in the lithium-ion battery sector. The project will involve constructing a new facility to produce high-performance cathode powder for lithium-ion batteries. This breakthrough in cathode powder technology will lead to cost reductions, quality improvements, and diversification of global supply chains. VSPC, a subsidiary of Livium Ltd, will lead the project and work towards commercializing this new process. This milestone represents a significant step forward in our battery materials commercialization efforts.
