Livium completes sale of Bynoe Lithium Project interest

Livium is pleased to announce the completion of the sale of its 30% interest in the Bynoe Lithium Project to Charger Metals NL for A$500k. This transaction aligns with our strategic focus on existing operations and provides balance sheet flexibility for key growth initiatives.

As we move forward, Livium continues to lead and enable the global transition to sustainable lithium production through our battery recycling business, lithium ferro phosphate production, and patented lithium extraction technology.
