LIT signs MMD off-take agreement with SungEel HiTech

Lithium Australia signed a 3-year off-take agreement with SungEel HiTech for Mixed Metal Dust (MMD), with SungEel purchasing at least 60% of annual MMD production.

This partnership validates the strength of the relationship and supports the Company's growth strategy. Discussions on a joint development agreement (JDA) have begun, focusing on upgrading recycling equipment.

Revenue under the Agreement would have been around A$514,000 based on FY24YTD sales and is expected to grow as volumes of lithium ion batteries increase.
