LIT completes A$2.0m sale of Lake Johnston Lithium Project

We're really pleased to announce the Completion of the sale of our interest in the Lake Johnston Lithium Project.

On Completion we received an additional A$1.85M in cash. These funds will be used to strengthen its position as Australia’s leading battery recycling business and support commercialisation of our patented LFP / LMFP technology.

As part of the sale of our Lake Johnston interest, Lithium Australia retains a first right of refusal for offtake for up to 30% of lithium produced by the Lake Johnston Lithium Project for future commercial production of LFP / LMFP.
