Lithium Australia signs MOU with First Phosphate

We have entered into a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MOU) with First Phosphate Corp., a CSE-listed mineral development company dedicated to extracting phosphate for the production of Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP).

Under the MOU, LIT and First Phosphate have aligned in our strategic aim of advancing development of a LFP/LMFP demonstration plant. As a starting point, LIT will provide samples of LFP and LMFP to First Phosphate to enable pre-qualification for First Phosphate’s clients in the battery manufacturing industry.

We are excited to work alongside First Phosphate moving forward, and remain focused on exploring opportunities to advance LIT’s LFP manufacturing capabilities.
